Product Coordinator at Rybrinks – Kungsbacka

About the Role
We are currently looking for a Product Coordinator to join our assortment team at Rybrinks. In this role, you will have a central function, responsible for ensuring that item data and product information are accurate, complete, and up to date in our systems—well in advance of customer notifications and product launches.
You will work closely with our Category Managers, sales organization, and suppliers, acting as an important administrative and coordinating support in product development and improvement projects. The role is operational and varied, with many points of contact.
Examples of Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate master data and item registration in ERP systems and Exder
- Coordinate product information ahead of customer notification windows
- Support Category Managers in product development, revisions, and launches
- Ensure correct texts and facts on packaging from both regulatory and sales perspectives
- Communicate with suppliers regarding quotes, pricing, samples, and lead times
- Administrative follow-up of products, inventory, pricing, and phase-outs
- Contribute to competitive analysis and market monitoring
Who Are You?
You are a meticulous and proactive team player who thrives on responsibility and structure. You collaborate easily, meet deadlines, and take initiative to improve ways of working and processes.
We believe you have:
- Experience in item data management, administration, or a similar coordinating role
- Experience working in systems, preferably Exder, as well as the Microsoft Office suite
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and administrative ability
- Good communication skills in both Swedish and English
- Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent experience

The position is full-time, based at our office in Kungsbacka.
